For the second year running, the Trust has been awarded a grant from the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Foundation. This is to be used connection with its support for the Helsinki 2008 conference. Together with a donation from the Suzie S. Thorn Family Foundation, it will enable the Trust to sponsor selected candidates for whom participation in this event is of particular relevance in their work and who would not otherwise be in a position to attend. The Trust has also received a subsidy from the Flemish Government which is designated to support the administrative cost of running the International Commission on Couple and Family Relations.
